Kathleen A. Luhrs, RPA

In 2000, Ms. Luhrs formed LUHRS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC. dba L&L PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. The corporation manages single family, multi-family and commercial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. During the past five years the company has seen progressive growth. Our goal is to continue to provide current property owners and investors with quality service while we expand our portfolio.

Ms. Luhrs has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate and Property Management field. Licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 1978, she is a member of the Marin Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and a former member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of San Francisco. She earned her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation in 1990 and is High-rise Life Safety certified.

During her 10 year tenure with the RREEF Funds as General Manager of the 100 California Street Building in San Francisco, she brought the occupancy rate from 59% to 100% and was recognized for her achievement in The San Francisco Business Times. Ms. Luhrs was responsible for the multi-million dollar yearly budget as well as the preparation and presentation of quarterly reports to the Director of Properties and the Owners of the building. The budgets and reports included Accounting, Leasing & Tenant Improvements, Operations and Administration. Her responsibilities also included supervising Administrative, Engineering, Janitorial and Security staffs as well as multi-million dollar tenant improvements and Floor and Main Lobby remodels.

Ms. Luhrs is a native of San Francisco and a resident of Sausalito, California.
