Elise Vitale is an experienced real estate professional with a successful property management track record.

Prior to Joining L&L Realty, Ms. Vitale was the General Manager of Marin Technology Center from 1995 to 2005. This property, the former Fireman's Fund Data Center in San Rafael, underwent a multi-million dollar conversion from its original design for a single user to a multi-tenant facility. Tenants included the County's largest firms such as Managed Health Network, LucasArts, THX, George Lucas Educational Foundation and Kaiser. This project involved a great deal of construction supervision, extreme hands on tenant relations, sound fiscal judgment and complex financial reporting with emphasis on maintaining or improving budgeted income and expenses. Tenant retention, and continuous attention to operating efficiencies resulted in the sale of the two-building property in 2005 at a substantial profit to the owners.

From 1980-1990 she served as Director of Property Management for the Western U.S. Division of Campeau Corporation California, an international development firm. She was responsible for the hiring, supervision of all property managers, engineers and support staff. Also involved were reviews of preconstruction plans for operating efficiency, lease review, supervision of Tenant Improvements, and SOP manuals. Campeau's projects include 333 Bush Street, San Francisco, a 43 story multi-use building with retail, office and luxury condominiums, San Francisco Executive Park, a campus-type office complex with three buildings near Candlestick Point, and the Monadnock Building an historic landmark building.

Ms. Vitale is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and member of the Marin and California Boards of Realtors. She received her CPM in 1983.
