Kathy has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate and Property Management field. Licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 1978, Kathy is a member of the Marin Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Kathy is High-rise Life Safety certified and earned her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation in 1990. Kathy is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and a former member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of San Francisco.

Kathy's career experience includes management of Homeowner Associations as well as single-family & multi-family properties.

Kathy is a native of San Francisco and a 17-year resident of Sausalito, California.
